Access codes are issued individually and are non-transferable. We may revoke access for misuse.

Submitting the application does not constitute an allocation or reservation. Allocations are assigned in order when a deposit is received.

The $50,000 allocation deposit must be sent by wire transfer to Old Republic National Title Insurance Company as Escrow Agent. ACHs are not accepted and will automatically be turned away by the bank.

The deposit is applied to the purchase price or is fully refundable, per the Allocation Terms provided by your advisor.

Allocation number determines selection order and pricing tier as described on the portal. An allocation is reserved only once the deposit payment is confirmed.

Refund requests go to your advisor; approved refunds are returned from escrow in accordance with the Reservation Agreement.

Name, email, mobile, city and region, purchasing entity and EIN if applicable, collection profile, access code, and payment confirmation details (transaction reference, last four digits if provided by the processor, amount, date).

Used to administer allocations, confirm payments, and contact you about the project.

The portal is provided as-is; nothing on it is an offer to sell real property, which occurs only under a separate written agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

We may update them; the current version is always at this address.
