PRIVACY POLICY

This policy covers the Project 007 allocation portal. The controller is 7636 NE 4th Ct, #114 Miami, FL 33138. Contact: allocations@project007.vip.

Name, email, mobile, city and region, purchasing entity and EIN if applicable, collection profile, and access code; technical data (IP address, browser, timestamps) for security and rate limiting, and payment confirmation data received from Intuit. We never receive full card or bank numbers.

Administer allocations, confirm and reconcile deposits, send the allocation confirmation email and advisor follow-up, prevent fraud and duplicate use of access codes.

Intuit (payment processing, under Intuit's privacy policy), Resend (transactional email delivery), Google Workspace (internal tracking sheet), the Project 007 development team and its advisors (Old Republic for escrow).

No sale of personal data. No advertising use.

Application and payment records are kept for the life of the project and as required for accounting and legal purposes; abandoned applications with no deposit are deleted after 12 months.

Request access, correction or deletion by emailing alejandrochaberman@gmail.com; we respond within 30 days. Note that payment records required for accounting may be retained.

Data is stored in an access-controlled database; server-side only access; HTTPS everywhere.

Not directed to anyone under 18.
